Pipeline Assessment

Topline is offering an independent, two-week study of your Company’s sales pipeline. The study measures size and quality of your current sales pipeline relative to the required pipeline necessary to meet revenue goals. The study will include the following:

  • Interviews with your top Sales Executives and several sales representatives to review sales process and quality of pipeline
  • Definition of current steps of sales cycle; assessment of adherence to steps
  • Quantification of Total Pipeline Value, broken out by rep by steps of sales cycle with current conversion ratios from step-to-step Quantification of current Forecast and probability assessment of meeting it
  • Assessment of Forecastable portion of pipeline and its effect on forecast accuracy
  • Comparison of Current Pipeline vs. Required Pipeline to meet forecast
  • Written report of pipeline analysis by rep, pipeline shortfalls, calculation of value proposition in solving shortfalls, and specific recommendations
